Return Policy
We are committed to providing a secure environment where customers feel welcome and satisfied with their purchase. We understand that product returns may occasionally be necessary, but due to sanitary and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:
- An item is damaged or faulty.
- The wrong product was shipped to you, or the item is not as listed on your invoice.
For qualified returns of damaged items or products defective in materials or workmanship, items must be in new, unused condition, in their original box with all documentation, packaging, hang tags and warranty information included. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days to qualify for exchange or refund.
We will allow for an exchange of the same product or a different item of an equal or greater value, provided your return meets our qualifications. In the event that the product has been discontinued or is out of stock, we will notify you via email. A credit will be issued if no substitute product is available.
MarcoGiftShop.com is not responsible for shipping charges on the returned item. This is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure
Please submit a RMA Request form in advance of returning any product to our warehouse to ensure your order qualifies for a return. We will contact you with further instructions on how to return your defective product(s).
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not already been processed and/or shipped, we can cancel the order for you. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. A restocking fee and/or shipping charges may apply if you wish to refuse delivery.
Pricing Policy
Many manufacturers dictate the prices we are allowed to offer. All prices are subject to correction according to their requirements to ship product. Certain brands must be excluded from our sales and free gift with purchase offers and are usually noted online. Some heavyweight and specialty items may not qualify for free shipping offers, and are usually noted online. Prices may also vary according to color or size.
Product Warranties
Most of the products we carry are warranted directly by their manufacturers. Please contact the manufacturer directly for questions about their warranties or to file a warranty claim. According to Federal Law, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 states that the manufacturer is responsible for honor their warranty, and not the retailer. If a manufacturer gives you a hard time about honoring their warranty, please mention this federal law. Manufacturers will decide if your issue qualifies for warranty repair or replacement, or if it's just normal wear and tear which is not covered.
Shipping Information
MarcoGiftShop.com offers free shipping on most orders over $100 within the Continental U.S. Some restrictions apply for heavyweight items. We ship via UPS and FedEx, depending on your location and the items you select. All orders are shipped via traceable shipping methods and are insured. Tracking numbers will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped.
Orders between $60 and $100 will be charged a flat $15 for shipping within the Continental U.S. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be charged an additional $70 for shipping, regardless of order amount. Heavyweight fees still apply and will be added to these shipping amounts.
We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses since we use UPS and FedEx. Please be sure to use your physical street address during checkout. We do not ship to international addresses.
Refusal of Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable or are shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided during checkout will be subject to a $10 shipping charge. This is the cost we incur from UPS, FedEx or our distributors, and will be assessed even on orders that originally qualified for free shipping. Once we receive a miss-shipped order back in our warehouse, we will contact you for alternate delivery instructions. For items not re-shipped, a credit will be issued back to your original credit card, less actual shipping charges. For items re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Payment Options
MarcoGiftShop.com accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For orders placed on a credit card, your order will be charged when items are submitted for processing, shortly after the order is placed. Charges may appear prior to your order being shipped. If using a debit card, funds will be deducted from your account at the time your order is placed. All orders go thru a fraud screening process and are subject to our approval.
You may also use a MarcoGiftShop.com Gift Card to pay for your purchase. Our gift cards have no expiration date, but may not be redeemed for cash. If the purchase amount exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, we will contact you for a secondary payment method to cover the remaining balance. If the purchase amount is less than the value available on your gift card, the remaining balance will be available to you for your next purchase. For Gift Card redemption, select the Standard Checkout process, and look for “Redeem a Gift Card” in the Payment Information section.

This means you must enter your credit card information each time you checkout, even when using your account information for a stored billing or shipping address.
