We are committed to providing a secure environment where customers feel welcome and satisfied with their purchase. We understand that product returns may occasionally be necessary, but due to sanitary and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:
- An item is damaged or faulty.
- The wrong product was shipped to you, or the item is not as listed on your invoice.
For qualified returns of damaged items or products defective in materials or workmanship, items must be in new, unused condition, in their original box with all documentation, packaging, hang tags and warranty information included. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days to qualify for exchange or refund.
We will allow for an exchange of the same product or a different item of an equal or greater value, provided your return meets our qualifications. In the event that the product has been discontinued or is out of stock, we will notify you via email. A credit will be issued if no substitute product is available.
MarcoGiftShop.com is not responsible for shipping charges on the returned item. This is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure
In the event that a product is found defective upon receipt, please complete a Return Request Form and we will contact you with further instructions on how to return your defective product(s).
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not already been processed and/or shipped, we can cancel the order for you. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. A restocking fee and/or shipping charges may apply if you wish to return the item(s).
